Izmjesati šećer i maslac pa dodati jaje.<br />
Pomalo dodati ostale sastojke, zavrsiti dodavanjem brašna, malo rukama umjesiti.<br />
Jednu jabuku izrezati na sitne kockice te dodati na kraju u smjesu.<br />

Umutiti pet bjelanjaka, postepeno dodavati šećer. Kad je smjesa čvrsta dodati pola žlice octa i još malo umutiti.<br />
Pripremiti kalup fi 26 u koji stavimo pek papir. Pek papir tanko namazati maslacem i posuti sa 50 gr lješnjaka.<br />

Postupak ponoviti tri puta.<br />
Vruće kore izvaditi iz kalupa, okrenuti ih da lješnjaci budu gore i premazati ih sa nutelom.<br />
ohaditi.<br />
Za kremu, od litra mlijeka uzeti 2 dcl i promješati sa pudingom, brašnom i žutanjcima. Preostalo mlijeko staviti sa šećerom da kuha. Kad prokuha smanjiti vatru i dodati smjesu od žutanjaka, stalno miješati da se krema zgusne, paziti da ne zagori. Skuhanu kremu prebaciti u dvije zdjelice, pola pola....u jednu dodati 100 gr čokolade, sjediniti. Pokriti obe kreme prozirnom folijom i staviti u hladnjak. U skoro hladne kreme dodati po 100 gr maslaca u obe. Dobro izraditi i filovati kore.<br />
Na prvu koru slagati kremu pomocu okrugle žlice za sladoled, ako nemate, moze i obična. Uglavnom žlica tamne kreme pa žlica svjetle. Pola kreme staviti na prvu koru, pola ostaviti za drugu.<br />
Istopiti čokoladu, maslac i ulje, pomoću žlice puniti rupe izmedju krema.<br />

Pola čokolade staviti na prvu kremu, pola ostaviti za drugu.<br />
Vrhnje za šlag umutiti, ne prečvrsto, dodati šećer i premazati preko kreme. Poklopiti drugom korom i ponoviti postupak. Tortu završiti trećom korom i premazati šlagom i ukrasiti po želji.<br />

Bjelanjak bude jako visok u obruču prije pečenje, neka vas ne brine. Smanji se tijekom pečenja, a hladjenjem se totalno spusti. To tako treba☝<br />

Jedan kolač koji sam prošle godine napravila prvi put. Nisam ga do sad objavila na blogu, pa evo nek se nađe. Jagode možete zamjeniti svježim malinama, al pošto još uvijek traje sezona jagoda, bolje da njih iskoristimo.<br />

4 žlice šećera<br />
4 žlice brašna<br />
100 gr bademovih listića<br />
Lim 36/42 prekriti pek papirom i posuti bademovim listićima<br />
Bjelanjke ulupati u cvrsti snijeg te pjenjacom lagano dodati u prethodno ulupane zutanjke sececer i brasno<br />
Peci 15-ak min na 180°<br />
Vruci biskvit istresti na mokru krpu i urolati da se tako ohladi.<br />

Za kremu:<br />
250 gr maskarponea<br />
250 ml slaga megle<br />
2 zlice bijele linolade<br />
Potrebno jos:<br />
200 gr jagoda, po želji više ili manje<br />
par oreo keksica<br />
Slag umutiti u cvrstu masu i dodati linoladu i maskarpone, staviti jagode i keks i promjesati.<br />
Jagode narezati na male komade a keks izdrobiti rukama ili nožem, kako vam lakše.<br />
Namazati biskvit i urolati<br />
Ohladiti i posuti šećerom u prahu<br />

Ovo je jedan od prvih kolača u koje sam se zaljubila kad sam počela svoju slatku avanturu.<br />
Našla sam ga na coolinarici i malo prilagodila sebi. Violeta je od ove mjere za kore uspjela razvući četri lista, meni uvijek mogu samo tri🙈.<br />
Inace klemisimo ide bez ikakvih dodataka, al ja dodam komadice sezonskog voća, najčešće jagode i maline, ili napravim voćni fil kojim premažem korice.<br />

Potrebni sastojci:<br />
Za kore:<br />
250 gr maslaca<br />
250 gr brašna<br />
1 dcl mlijeka<br />
50 gr šećera u prahu<br />
Par kapi octa<br />
<br />
Za kremu 1:<br />
2 l mlijeka<br />
8 žutanjaka<br />
200 gr gustina<br />
350 gr šećera<br />
2 vanilin šećera<br />

Za kremu 2:<br />
8 dcl vrhnja za šlag<br />
2 šlag kreme<br />
2 želatine fix<br />

300 gr jagoda<br />

Mikserom izraditi maslac, šećer, mlijeko i ocat te dodati brašno. Sjediniti sastojke i ostaviti u hladnjak preko noći. Tijesto bude malo rijedje nego recimo tijesto za madjaricu, al nek vas ne brine. To tako treba😂.<br />
Ohladjeno tijesto premjesiti na pobrašnjenoj podlozi i podjeliti na tri jednaka djela.<br />
Razvaljati ih na pek papiru i peci na obrnutoj strani lima promjera 36/42cm.<br />
Kore se peku kratko na 180°, čim krajevi podju tamniti, gotove su. Oko 7-9 min.<br />
<br />
Za prvu kremu, od navedene količine mlijeka uzeti oko 2 dcl i umutiti sa gustinom i žutanjcima. Preostalo mlijeko sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom staviti da kuha.<br />
Kad mlijeko zakipi, smanjiti vatru i dodavati mu smjesu od gustina uz stalno mješanje. Kuhati nekih 4-5 minuta. Gotovu kremu prekriti prozirnom folijom i ohladiti.<br />
<br />
Za drugu kremu čvrsto ulupati vrhnje za šlag i dodati mu dvije šlag kreme.<br />
Kad se prva krema ohladila, dodati joj drugu i mikserom ih sjediniti. Dodati dvije želatine fix i sve dobro promješati.<br />
Jagode narezati na komade i umiješati u kremu.<br />
Na tacnu staviti prvu koru i premazati sa polovinom kreme, poklopiti drugom korom i premazati ostatkom kreme, zatim poklopiti trećom korom. Kolač dobro ohladiti u hladnjaku, posuti šcerom u prahu i uživati.<br />

Sezona jagoda je već počela i najdraže su mi u svim tortama, kolacima i desertima opcenito. Ovo je recept za okruglu tortu promjera 24 cm, ja sam pekla u kalupu u obliku srca ovaj put.<br />

Za biskvit:<br />
4 jaja<br />
10 žlica šećera<br />
1 dcl ulja<br />
1 dcl jogurta<br />
200 gr brašna<br />
1 prasak za pecivo<br />
2 žlice kakaa<br />

500 gr maskarponea<br />
2,5 dcl vrhnja za šlag<br />
2 žlice bijele linolade<br />
<br />
0,5 kg jagoda<br />
Malo cokoladnog mlijeka za biskvit<br />

100 gr čokolade za kuhanje<br />
0,5 dcl vrhnja za šlag<br />

Bjelanjke umutiti sa pola šećera. Mora biti čvrsti snijeg.<br />
žutanjke ulupati sa ostatkom šećera i dodati ulje, jogurt i brašno pomjesano sa praskom i kakaom. Peći na 180° oko 25 minuta. Ohladiti biskvit i prerezati na dva tanja djela.<br />
Malo posuti sa čokoladnim mlijekom.<br />
Za kremu ulupati vrhnje u čvrsti šlag, dodati maskarpone i linoladu.<br />
Na prvi biskvit namazati pola kreme, poslagati narezane jagode i premazati ostatkom kreme. Na kremu staviti biskvit.<br />
Istopiti čokoladu i vrhnje i preliti gotovu tortu, ohladiti i ukrasiti po želji.<br />

Torta knjiga sa dva okusa<br />
Jedan dio čokoladni drugi voćni, ovo je jako praktično jer imamo za svakog po nešto. Dva u jedan☝<br />
Godinama je radim, većinom za krštenja, pričesti i krizme, dosta je velika, izdašna i bez problema ide ispod fondana tako da je možete ukrasiti po želji.<br />
U 99% slučajeva radim bijeli egipat, ili bijeli egipat sa jagodom ili malinom i ferero tortu. Nekako sam sa njima uspjela uštimati visine da budu tu negdje u cenat, dva.<br />

Prvo radimo biskvit za ferero tortu.<br />
Ulupati 5 bjelanjaka sa 5 žlica šećera u čvrsti snijeg.<br />
Posebno umutiti žutanjke sa ostatkom šećera, dodati ulje, vodu, brašno promješano sa praškom za pecivo i kakaom. Umutiti mikserom i dodati bjelanjke koje u smjesu umješamo sa pjenjačom. Izliti u lim i peći na 180° oko 25-30 minuta. Provjeriti čačkalicom. Biskvit ohladiti.<br />
Za kremu ulupati vrhnje za slag, posebno umutiti maskarpone sa nutelom te dodati šlag i lješnjak.<br />
Za egipat kore, u isti lim staviti pek papir.<br />
5 bjelanjaka i 5 žlica šećera ulupati u čvrsti snijeg, dodati 5 žlica lješnjaka i 2 žlice brašna, pjenjačom sjediniti i izliti u lim. Peci na 180° 10-ak minuta. Na isti način napraviti još jednu koru.<br />
Od 0,5 l mlijeka uzeti 1 dcl i pomješati sa gustinom i žutanjcima. Preostalo mlijeko staviti da kuha i dodati mu šećer. Kad mlijeko prokuha, smanjiti vatru i dodati mu smjesu od gustina i kuhati 3-4 minute uz stalno mješanje. U mlaku kremu dodati maslac, u ohladjenu vrhnje.<br />
Za kremu od vrhnja samo trebamo ulupati vrhnje i dodati mu sirni namaz.<br />
Kad imamo pečene i ohladjene kore i napravljene kreme idemo sa spajanjem naše "knjige".<br />
Čokoladni biskvit za ferero tortu prerežemo<br />
vodoravno, zatim poprijeko da dobijemo 4 manja biskvita.<br />

Kad smo završili slaganje fererice idemo složiti bijeli egipat sa malinama, ovaj put.<br />
Odmah do ferero torte stavimo koru od egipta i premažemo trećinom vanilija kreme, poslažemo maline, prekrijemo trećinom ulupanog šlaga u koji smo dodali dukatelu i poklopimo sa drugom korom.<br />

Jučer je bilo punih 20 godina da sam postala majka, jednom divnom, malom, smezguranom zamotuljku. Danas momak čitavi🙈, kad proleti sve to ludo vrijeme između rodjenja i 20.rodjendana. Ne znam.<br />
Nije ni važno, neka smo zdravi i veseli i nek imamo tortu☝<br />
Njihova najdraža, kinderica. Stotinu puta napravljena i kao torta i kao kolac. Puno sam tu recepata isprobala, sa kremom od gustina, sa samim slagom, sa ovim biskvitom ili onim.....<br />
Sad mogu reci da imam i savrseni biskvit i savršenu kremu za ovu tortu.<br />
Lagana, kremasta, ukusna i jednostavna.<br />
<br />
Potrebni sastojci:<br />
Za biskvit:<br />
5 jaja<br />
200 gr šećera<br />
1 dcl ulja<br />
1 dcl mlijeka<br />
250 gr brašna<br />
2 žlice kakaa<br />
1 prašak za pecivo<br />
<br />
Za kremu:<br />
0,5 kg maskarponea<br />
2,5 dcl vrhnja za šlag<br />
2 žlice bijele linolade ili ako nemate istopite 100 gr bijele čokolade<br />
<br />
Za ganach:<br />
100 gr cokolade za kuhanje<br />
1 dcl vrhnja za šlag<br />
<br />
Za glazuru:<br />
50 gr maslaca<br />
100 gr čokolade za kuhanje<br />
<br />
Za prelijev:<br />
Malo čokoladnog mlijeka<br />

U kalup promjera 25 cm staviti pek papir.<br />
Ulupati posebno bjelanjke sa pola šećera, posebno žutanjke sa ostatkom šećera. U smjesu od žutanjaka dodati ulje, mlijeko, brašno pomješno sa praškom za pecivo i kakaom. Umutiti mikserom, dodati bjelanjak zatim pjenjačom sjediniti i sipati u kalup.<br />
Peći na 180° oko pola sata, provjeriti čačkalicom. Biskvit ohladiti i rezati na tri tanje kore.<br />
Za kremu ulupati šlag i dodati mu maskarpone i linoladu, dobro umiješati da se sastojci povežu. Krema bude čvrsta i maziva.<br />
Bude je oko 1 kila, tako da je podjelite odmah u četri posudice po 250 gr.<br />
Za ganach otopiti čokoladu u vrhnju, uz stalno mješanje, ne smije prokuhati. Malo prohladiti.<br />
Na tacnu staviti jednu koru biskvita i poškropiti sa malo čokoladnog mlijeka.<br />
Premazati sa 250 gr kreme, preliti sa pola ganacha i staviti u hladnjak na desetak min.<br />
Kad se čokolada stegla, premazati sa drugih 250 gr kreme i poklopiti drugim biskvitom. Biskvit opet malo poškropiti čokoladnim mlijekom, premazati sa 250 gr kreme, preliti ostatkom ganacha, ohladiti i premazati kremom, poklopiti biskvitom koji malo nakvasimo mlijekom i tortu staviti u hladnjak da se dobro ohladi. Poželjno je da se torta filuje u obruču.<br />
Za glazuru istopiti maslac i čokoladu i preliti preko ohladjene torte.<br />

Davno sam prvi put probala ovaj monte kolac i iskreno nisam se posebno oduševila. Ali moja djeca, susjedi i prijatelji jesu. Tako da je monte ostao čest u mojoj kuhinji i pravim ga gotovo za sve rođendane i blagdane.<br />
Malo je nezgodan za sjeći jer je biskvit prenježan, a kreme malo previše. Al uz malo volje i strpljenja sve se može.<br />
Ovaj put sam u ganach dodala prženi lješnjak i puno mi je ukusniji.<br />

U lim 36/42 cm staviti pek papir.<br />
Umutiti jaja sa šećerom i dodati vodu, ulje i brasno promješano da kakaom i praskom za pecivo.<br />
Izliti u lim i peci desetak minuta na 180°.<br />
Vruće preliti sa čokoladnim mlijekom i pustiti da se ohladi.<br />
<br />
Kremu skuhati klasicno, od litra mlijeka oduzeti 2 dcl i umutiti sa gustinom.<br />
Preostalo mlijeko sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom staviti da kuha. Kad prokuha sipati smjesu od gustina i mjesati na laganoj vatri oko 4-5 minuta. Gotovu kremu prekriti prozirnom folijom i staviti u hladnjak. U hladnu kremu dodati izradjeni maslac sobne temperature.<br />

Hladnu kremu premazati po biskvitu.<br />
<br />
Vrhnje za šlag staviti da se zagrijava, dodati čokoladu i nutelu i miješati da se sastojci povežu. Kad skoro proključa, skinuti sa vatre i malo prohladiti, možda nekih pola sata ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi uz povremeno mješanje.<br />
Dodati lješnjak, promješati i izliti na prvu kremu.<br />
Kolač staviti u hladnjak i dobro ohladiti prije rezanja.<br />

Danas cu napisati kako sam još jednom iskoristila ostatke biskvita i napravila fin i osvježavajući desert.<br />
Ja puno pečem, tako da mi se desi da imam višak biskvita, a ne volim ništa bacati kad je hrana u pitanju.<br />
Često nam se desi kod biskvita da imamo ono ispupčenje kad se ispeče, a kad filujemo svi želimo što ravniju tortu. Tako da već kod jedne torte imamo dovoljno "viška" da na brzinu napravimo deserte u čaši.<br />
Možete biskvit zamjeniti mljevenim keksom.<br />
<br />
Potrebni sastojci:<br />
500 gr maskarponea<br />
0,5 l vrhnja za šlag<br />
3 žlice bijelog krem namaza, linolada ili 100 gr istopljene bijele čokolade<br />
Ostatci biskvita<br />
Malo cokoladnog mlijeka<br />
Jagode ( moze i drugo voće, jedva čekam svježe maline)<br />
<br />
1. Biskvit izmrvit prstima, ne morate baš presitno, može biti i krupniji komada i staviti na dno časice, otprilike prst dva, kako volite. Poškropiti sa par kapi čokoladnog mlijeka.<br />
2. Vrhnje za šlag umutiti, ne prečvrsto, dodati mu maskarpone i linoladu, sjediniti sastojke i kremu staviti u slastičarsku vrećicu.<br />
3. Jagode očistiti, oprati, posušiti i narezati na komade.<br />
4. Na biskvit koji smo stavili u čašicu pomoću slastičarske šprice stavimo kremu, opet oko prst debelo, na kremu posložimo jagode, pospemo opet sa malo mrvica od biskvita i sve prekrijemo redom kreme.<br />
5. Čašice ukrasiti po želji, jagodom, čokoladom, mentom....<br />
6. Ja sam dobila oko 15 čašica, al vi možete više ili manje, ovisi kolike su vam čaše.<br />

Recept je bez točnih mjera i ne morate se pridržavati ničega posebno. Možete staviti više biskvita, više kreme, više jagoda.....ili svega manje ukoliko volite tako.<br />
Desert dobro ohladiti i vjerujte mi da je idealan za ljeto koje nam dolazi😍<br />

Sve sastojke umjesati, po potrebi dodati vise brasna, ne smije se lijepiti i mora biti pogodno za valjanje.<br />
Od ove smjese dobijemo tri loptice od 400 gr i od svake izrezemo po dva broja<br />
Peci ih 8 min. svaki broj i ohladiti<br />

Za kremu:<br />

1 l mlijeka<br />
8 zlica secera<br />
1 puding od vanilije<br />
3 zlice brasna<br />
3 zlice gustine<br />
1 vanilin secer<br />
200 gr maslaca<br />
U 0,7 l mlijeka dodati šećer, a u ostatku mlijeka umutiti puding, gustin i brašno. Kad mlijeko prokuha, dodati smjesu od pudinga i kuhati uz stalno mješanje oko 3-4 minute. U ohladjenu kremu dodati maslac.<br />
Na tacnu staviti jedan broj i pomoću slastičarske šprice kremu nanositi na broj, kroz sredinu staviti po želji malo malina ili jagoda. Poklopiti drugim brojem, staviti kremu i poklopiti trećim brojem te opet staviti kremu i na kremu ukrase po želji, voće, slatkiše, cvijeće....<br />
Isto tako napraviti i drugi broj.<br />

Peći na 170° 30 minuta.<br />
Ispeći tri ovakva biskvita i ohladiti.<br />

Višnje iz galona usuti u šerpicu, odvojiti pola decilitra vode za poškropiti kore, dodati šećer i pustiti da prokuha.<br />
Gustin pomjesati sa vodom i dodati u višnje, miješati dok se ne zgusne.<br />

Umutiti vrhnje za šlag i dodati mu šećer, maskarpone i vivis.<br />

Prvi biskvit staviti na tacnu i poškropiti sa dvije žlice soka iz kompota, premazati sa trećinom fila od višanja staviti u hladnjak na pet minuta, zatim premazati sa trećinom sirne kreme, poklopiti biskvitom i postupak ponoviti još dva puta.<br />
Ohladjenu tortu premazati sa vrhnjem za šlag i ukrasiti po želji.<br />

Za biskvit umutiti jaja sa šećerom, dodati mlijeko i ulje te brašno pomješano sa praškom za pecivo.<br />
Sjediniti smjesu i sipati u lim. Peći na 180° 15 minuta.<br />
Običnu kuhinjsku krpu skvasiti hladnom vodom i dobro zacjediti. Pečeni biskvit preokrenuti na krpu, skinuti pek papir, te krpu i biskvit urolati i pustiti da se tako prohladi. Ne mora biti do kraja ohladjeno.<br />

U šerpicu staviti mlijeko i šećer i pustiti da prokuha. Odmah skinuti sa vatre i dodati čokoladu i orahe. Promješati i premazati ravnomjerno po cijelom biskvitu i opet ga zarolati. Roladu prebaciti na tacnu i posuti šećerom u prahu.<br />

1. U šerpicu staviti ulje i vodu i pustiti da prokuha. Kad prokuha skinuti sa vatre i dodati brašno pomješano sa soli i kakaom. Mikserom sjediniti i pustiti da se ohladi. U hladnu smjesu dodati jaja, jedno po jedno i stalno miješati da se smjesa poveže.<br />

2. Za kremu staviti pola litra mlijeka sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom da kuha. U dva decilitra mlijeka izmješati žutanjke , brašno i gustin te dodati u mlijeko. Miješati nekih 4-5 minuta. Skuhanu kremu prekriti prozirnom folijom i staviti u hladnjak. U hladnu kremu dodati maslac sobne temperature.<br />
3. Vrhnje za šlag umutiti u čvrstu smjesu.<br />
4. Čokoladu istopiti sa margarinom i dodat ulje.<br />

<br />
1. Prvo skuhati kremu, od litra mlijeka uzeti 2 dcl i pomjesati sa pudingom, gustinom i žutanjcima. Preostalo mlijeko sa šećerom staviti da kuha. Kad prokuha, smanjiti vatru i uz stalno mješanje dodavati smjesu od žutanjaka i gustina, miješati 3-4 minute. Dodati čokoladu, miješati dok se ne istopi. Kremu ohladiti. U hladnu dodati maslac.<br />
2. Ulupati 4 bjelanjka i 4 žlice šećera u čvrstu smjesu. Dodati 4 žlice lješnjaka i 2 žlice brašna, pjenjačom lagano promješati da se sastojci sjedine te peći u kalupu fi 25 na koji smo predhodno stavili pek papir.<br />
Kora se peče 10-ak minuta na 180°.<br />
Na isti način ispeći još tri kore.<br />
3. 2 dcl vrhnja za šlag čvrsto umutiti i dodati namaz.<br />
4. Lješnjake staviti u lim i peći na 150° oko 15 minuta. Skinuti im opnu i krupno samljeti.<br />
5. Na podlogu staviti prvu koru i premazati sa četvrtinom kreme, posuti sa lješnjacima te premazati sa četvrtinom ulupanog šlaga. Poklopiti korom i slagati dalje dok traje kore i kreme. Ako ćete fondanom obložiti tortu onda neka vam kora bude na vrhu.<br />
6. Dok se torta hladi, napravimo dekoraciju tako da 400 gr čokolade za kuhanje stavimo u šerpicu na laganu vatru i dodamo 0,5 l vrhnja za šlag. Zagrijavati do točke vrenja uz stalno mješanje. Krema bude u tekućem stanju, al nek vas ne brine. Hladjenjem se stisne. Treba joj par sati. Kad postane maziva kao npr. nutela možete premazati tortu. Ohladiti.<br />

Umjesiti tijesto. Pustiti malo da odstoji, podijeliti na dva djela, premjestiti i tanko razvući na pobrašnjenoj radnoj plohi.<br />

2. Uzeti čašu i rezati krugove. Na svaki krug staviti pekmez, preklopiti i viljuškom spojiti krajeve.<br />

1. Umutiti jaja sa šećerom, dodati ulje i brasno pomješano sa kakaom i praškom za pecivo.<br />
U kalup fi 25 staviti pek papir i uliti smjesu te peći na 180° oko 15-20 minuta. Ohladiti.<br />
2. Za kremu ulupati vrhnje u čvrsti šlag i dodati mu maskarpone. Podjeliti mjesu na dva djela. U jedan dio dodati istopljenu i prohladjenu bijelu čokoladu, u drugi dio dodati istopljenu i prohladjenu mliječnu čokoladu.<br />

1. Rukama izmrviti biskvit što može sitnije.<br />
2. U posudu staviti čokoladu i vrhnje i zagrijavati do točke vrenja uz stalno miješanje. Malo prohladiti i uliti u izdrobljeni biskvit, dobro izmjesati da se sve sjedini i staviti u hladnjak na par sati.<br />
3. Od ohladjene smjese praviti kuglice velicine oraha i posuti ih kakaom.<br />
<br />
Ovdje mozete u biskvit staviti i orase i ljesnjake, bademe....sta god volite. Osim u kakao mozete ih uvaljati u bilo koju od ovih jezgri ili u kokos. Umjesto kakaa mozete istopiti čokoladu i preliti ih....ukusne su kako god se odlučili.<br />

1. U lim promjera 36/42 cm staviti pek papir. Jaja upjeniti sa šećerom, dodati ulje i mlijeko te brašno pomješano sa praškom i kakaom. Izmiksati sve i uliti u lim, peći na 180° oko 20-25 minuta.<br />
Ohladiti<br />
2. Za kremu, u dva dcl mlijeka umutiti brašno i gustin, a preostalo mlijeko sa šecerom i vanilin šećerom staviti da kuha.<br />
Kad prokuha, smanjiti vatru i dodati smjesu od brašna i gustina, uz stalno mješanje kuhati oko 4-5 minuta.<br />
Gotovu kremu prebaciti u zdjelu i pokriti prozirnom folijom i staviti u hladnjak.<br />
U hladnu kremu umiješati maslac.<br />
3. Okruglim kalupom iz biskvita rezati oblike, svaki krug prerezati vodoravno i filovati kremom.<br />

<br />
1. Odvojiti bjelanjak od žutanjka i ulupati ga u čvrsti snijeg. Žutanjke umutiti sa šećerom, dodati ulje, mlijeko, brašno promješano sa praškom i kakaom.<br />
2. Smjesu sipati u kalup fi 25 koji je prekriven pek papirom i peći na 180° oko 25 minuta. Ohladiti i prerezati na dvije tanje kore.<br />
3. Poškropiti čokoladnim mlijekom.<br />
4. Za prvu kremu ulupati vrhnje za šlag i dodati mu maskarpone, nutelu i lješnjak.<br />
5. Za drugu kremu istopiti čokoladu i vrhnje, miješati na laganoj vatri dok se ne sjedini. Ne smije prokuhati.<br />
6. Na prvu koru namazati pola prve kreme i preliti vrućom drugom kremom te poklopiti drugom korom.<br />
Ostatak maskarpone kreme staviti u slastičarsku špricu i istiskivati na biskvit.<br />
Gotovu tortu posuti sjeckanom čokoladom i pistacijama ili kako želite.<br />

100 gr prženih krupno sjeckanih lješnjaka<br />

1. Kalup fi 24 prekriti pek papirom.<br />
Ulupati 3 bjelanjka i 3 žlice šećera. U čvrstu smjesu dodati 4 žlice lješnjaka i jednu žlicu brašna. Kuhačom promješati lagano da se sastojci povežu. Izliti smjesu u kalup i peći na 180° oko 10 minuta.<br />
Ispeći tri ovakve kore. Ako ćete tortu oblagati fondanom, onda ispecite i četvrtu koru.<br />

2. Za kremu staviti pola litra mlijeka sa šećerom i vanilijom da kuha, a u dva decilitra umiješati gustin i žutanjke. Kad mlijeko prokuha, lagano uz stalno mjesanje dodavati smjesu od gustina i kuhati na laganoj vatri oko pet minuta.<br />

3. U vruće dodati čokoladu, u mlaku kremu dodati margarin. Ohladiti. U ohladjenu dodati izradjeno vrhnje za šlag.<br />
<br />
4. Za drugu kremu, vrhnje izraditi, dodati šećer i dukatelu.<br />
<br />
5. Prvu koru staviti na tacnu, mazati sa trećinom prve kreme, pa sa trećinom druge kreme, posuti sa poprženim lješnjacima....postupak ponoviti još dva puta......meni je ostalo kreme pa sam cijelu tortu premazala s njom.<br />
što se tiče dekoracije....samu bijelu čokoladu istopite u mikrovalnoj...meni je za ovu tortu bilo dosta 200 gr. bijele čokolade.....istopljenu čoksu tanko razvucite po pek papiru i stavite u hladnjak da se malo stegne.....izvaditi dok nije skroz tvrda i nožem oblikovati željeni oblik, vratiti da se do kraja stegne, i lagano poslije čokoladu odvojiti od papira i ukrašavati s njom.... <3<br />

1. Pripremiti lim promjera 20/30 cm i prekriti ga pek papirom.<br />
2. Posebno umutiti žutanjke sa 60 gr šećera, posebno bjelanjke sa preostalih 60 gr šećera.<br />
3. U smjesu od žutanjaka dodati prosijano brašno, kakao i prašak za pecivo. Umutiti mikserom, dodati i dvije žlice ulupanih bjelanjaka da je lakse sjediniti smjesu. Zatim dodati ostale bjelanjke i lagano ih sjediniti mješajući pjenjačom.<br />
Smjesu uliti u kalup i peći na 180° oko 20 minuta. Provjeriti čačkalicom.<br />
Pečen biskvit ohladiti i prerezati na dvije tanje kore.<br />

4. U šerpicu staviti vodu i šećer i pustiti da kuha 5-6 minuta, ohladiti.<br />

5. Umutiti vrhnje za šlag i dodati maskarpone sir. Istopiti bijelu čokoladu, malo prohladiti i dodati u šlag i sir i dobro sjediniti.<br />
6. Polovinu biskvita staviti na tacnu i poškropiti sa pola preljeva od šećera i vode te ga premazati sa kremom.<br />

4. Za kremu, od litra mlijeka uzeti 2 dcl i promjesati sa brasnom, gustinom i zutanjcima. Preostalo mlijeko sa secerom i vanilin šecerom staviti da kuha. Kad prokuha, smanjiti vatru i sipati smjesu od zutanjaka i kuhati oko pet minuta uz stalno miješanje.<br />
Ohladiti i u mlako dodati maslac sobne temperature.<br />

Poklopiti drugom korom, namazati kremom, posuti polovinom ananasa, posuti ljesnjacima i premazati šlagom te poklopiti korom. Ponoviti postupak i tortu završiti korom.<br />

Ja sam tortu preokrenula pa vam je slaganje naopako na presjeku.<br />
Torta je super za pod fondan, samo je pustiti da se dobro ohladi.<br />
Od ostatka zutanjaka sam skuhala jos jednu kremu i napravila saum role.<br />

1. Kalup odložiti alu folijom<br />
2. U šerpicu staviti vodu, šećer i med, promješati i dodati čokoladu i maslac.<br />
3. Kad se maslac i čokolada istope skinuti sa vatre i dodati krupno mljeveni keks, krupno sjeckani badem i lješnjak. Dobro promješati i žlicom puniti kalupe. Smjese je dovoljno za dva kalupa.<br />

5. Ohladjen kolač prevrnuti na žicu i skinuti foliju.<br />

600 gr čokolade za kuhanje<br />
100 gr milka čokolade<br />

Potrebno još:<br />

3 dcl čokoladnog mlijeka<br />

1. Za prvi biskvit uzeti 7 jaja i odvojiti bjelanjke i žutanjke. Bjelanjke umutiti u čvrsti snijeg, a žutanjke upjeniti sa 200 gr šećera.<br />
<br />
2. 150 gr čokolade i 100 gr maslaca istopiti, ohladiti i dodati u smjesu od žutanjaka. Dodati 1,5 dcl mlijeka te 300 gr brašna u koji promješamo 3 žlice kakaa i 1 prašak za pecivo.<br />
<br />
3. Na kraju dodati bjelanjke i pjenjačom sjediniti.<br />
<br />
4. Lim promjera 25/30 cm prekriti pek papirom, uliti smjesu i peci na 180° oko pola sata.<br />
<br />
5. Na isti način ispeći i drugi biskvit i ohladiti.<br />
<br />
6. Zagrijati vrhnje i dodati čokoladu sitno izlomljenu, mliječnu čokoladu i nutellu i miješati do vrenja. Ne smije prokuhati.<br />
Ova krema bude jako tečna, ali se hladjenjem stegne. Povremeno promješati pjenjačom i kad bude od prilike mazivo kao nutela, filovati tortu.<br />

7. Biskvite prerezati vodoravno da dobijemo 4 tanje kore.<br />
<br />
8. Prvu koru staviti na tacnu poškropiti čokoladnim mlijekom i premazati trećinom kreme, poklopiti drugom korom, poškropiti čokoladnim mlijekom, premazati kremom, opet poklopiti korom, poškropiti coko mlijekom i premazati ostatkom kreme. Tortu završiti zadnjom korom i ukrasiti po želji.<br />

biskvit pustiti bar 2-3 sata da miruje, strasno se mrvi dok je vruc.<br />
